Services are very poor even worst. Price is very high in comparison to room quality. No one is bothered about that even after several reminders. Even if AC is not working properly. You have to wait at least one hour for bottle of water in your room. They are doing wrong billing also against the services which they have not provided. Management is very poor.

Even in a double occupancy, complimentary water bottles are just 2 bottles of 500ml water and when you want more, a 1-liter mineral water bottle costs INR40. Given its longitude/latitude of 21.8554 deg N and 84.0062 deg E and its star rating, such a price is unthinkable. Even hotels in Jaisalmer with similar star rating are not charging this high. Secondly, their claim that free airport/railway station pick -up/drop is misleading. By this they apparently do not mean the new railway station (Jharsuguda Road) and the guest has to pay some money for a drop there.

Had a wonderful stay. The staff is very helpful. My flight got delayed, they kept calling me and making arrangements for my pick up. Room was very spacious. The location is great. They have an excellent restaurant. High quality food. Worth the money.

Stayed during Covid pandemic. They have taken care hygiene properly both in restaurant and in rooms. Rooms are neat and clean. Check in was smooth with Covid guideline. Rooms service was prompt. Firendly staff. In a Tier-III cities what service this hotel is providing that is completely applauding.
